Speed Listing delivers detailed information of the transaction to the business users. With the Drill Through and powerful Data Browser option, users begin with a big-picture view of information or analysis and then delve into deeper level of detail.

Business users find SQL and database architecture (tables, fields and their relationships) too complicated for them to generate detailed transactions' reports or to design an inquiry screen. Speed Listing revolutionizes the entire concept of data access to make it extremely user friendly. The administrator defines the path to each piece of information (some may involve complex joint) and create a common language for key technical and business terms. Complex calculations and formulas that may involve pages of complex scripts or even require interface with instruments or other platforms such as mainframe/SAP application etc. can also be established and be given an understandable business terms. Business users can then list the information using the familiar business terms without understanding of the complex logic understand. Now, every user can create their report, inquiry screen and transaction listing with simple clicks.

Drill Through
Speed Listing and charts allows users to drill through from any cross tabs for example, sales performance in various years, users can select a cell (e.g. Mark's sales in year 2002) and list out all matching transactional sales records in a pre-designed format.)

More Than Just Slice and Dice

Most BI solutions provide the standard slice and dice feature, but it will not function when it reaches the transaction level.

Speedminer DW & BPM brings additional level of navigation between data element at the detailed transaction level to enable more powerful analysis, as well as easier tracing of source of problems or issues presented at high level analysis.

The Intuitive Data Navigation allows traversing among related tables or subject areas. There are no limits as to the numbers of navigation levels and number of navigation options.

From the Admission record, we browse to the Patient Master record, then navigate down to Admission records of the patient (which include the original Admission record we started with), then navigate to all orders linked to this Admission.

Powerful Data Browser
Speed Listing enables easy interactive traversing of detail transaction record to gain insight into the source and cause of problems. For example, from the Purchase Order Summary Report, users can browse to all the products ordered in the PO and from those products, users can browse to the Delivery Order report of each individual product. From here, users can traverse to Goods Received Notes, then explore the Invoice Report, Payment Listing, and so on.

Image Support
Speed Listing also supports insertion of images to enhance and amplify report layouts.

Nested Sub-listings
Custom form allows report authors to intuitively incorporate several sub-reports within a main report. Each sub-report can also further incorporate a nested sub-sub-report. There is no limit to the level of sub reports that can be incorporated.

Advance Post ETL Cleansing
Custom Form can be used as an advanced cleansing where information can be entered to add additional information loaded through the operation data, yet without changing the original operation data, thus enabling reports to show changes made, updated user, date and time etc.

E-Mail Support
Authorized users may e-mail the transaction detail directly from the system.
