BLOG Component enables easy communication
between users of Speedminer and posting of ideas. It also serves as forums
that can be attached to Analysis reports or any dashboards.
Speed Office delivers:
Images, Tables and Advances
Components
Blog postings allow images, tables, voice recording, animation and all
other components that are supported by HTML.
Hyperlink
Hyperlink can be created to link to other web pages.
Date Time stamp
All postings and comments are date & time stamped. Other information
including user name is also captured for reference.
Date Range
As Blog messages grow to be very big over time, the system allows searching
by date range.
WEB
MAIL
Web Mail supports POP3 and SMTP
e-mail. Reports and Analysis can be sent to Web Mail inbox, external e-mail
or Messaging/Task.
Speed Office delivers:
External Mail
Reports and Analysis Pivot sent to external mail can either be attached
as PDF or have the hyperlink to open up the Report/Analysis Pivot in Speedminer.
When clicked on the hyperlink, a login screen will appear for identification
of user.
POP3 / SMTP
Web Mail serves as a web based e-mail for your corporate, supporting POP3
and SMTP mail.
Messaging/Task
Reports and Analysis Pivot can be sent among users of Speedminer with
attached notes and explanation. This can be used by superiors to delegate
tasks to subordinates or simply make inquiries based on certain reports
or analysis pivot.
Analysis and Search for E-Mail
With Web Mail, Data Warehouse analysis and search capability can be
implemented for the entire organization. Normal outlook only allows
search on a single user account.
DOCUMENT
MANAGEMENT
Document Management module allows
uploading and downloading of documents for sharing among the users via
web browser. Documents can be directly stored in the database, external
files or just a hyperlink. Documents can then be arranged to form a
Book where the Table of Content will be created by the system. Speedminer
Help Document is created using this module as well.
Distinctive Features
File Sharing over Internet
As apposed to create FTP sites which require maintenance and is less
user friendly, document component can be placed on the dashboard for
users to upload and download documents via web browser for sharing purpose.
Security
Each document can be uploaded to the folders with the write access of
the users and the document will only be accessible by other users with
access right to the folders.
eBook
The documents can be joined together to form a book where the Table
of Content with hyperlink to the individual pages will be created.
