As a government agency to improve the productivity of the nation, Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) engaged Speedminer Sdn Bhd to develop a new system to replace its old and outdated eBenchmark system which was slow in performance and cumbersome to use.

 

The new eBenchmark system covers the full range of the benchmarking processes starting from planning for benchmark community, selection of participants, selection of KPIs, data entry by participants, system monitoring and reminders, tabulation of results in tables and charts, rank the participants’ performances, listing of best practices shared by top scorers and displaying of relevant articles for benchmarking.

 

The system enable communities’ managers to build networking among participating companies for the same industry or different industry for sharing their performance, rank their performance against the peers and even learning Best Practices from the top ranked participants. This will definitely assist all the participants to identify gaps, discover their strengths and weaknesses in formulating their strategic plans for further improvements in their businesses.
